We've streamlined every detail of the check-in process to eliminate confusion and hassles.

Location verification

Clockwork verifies the location of the contractor when they scan the QR. This confirms they are actually at the building.

Real-time notifications

Clockwork sends you an SMS/text or email whenever a contractor checks in or out. You can add anyone you want to the distribution list.

Reports and logs

When a contractor checks out of a building, a report of their visit is automatically generated and emailed to you. Clockwork also saves a permanent record of their visit. At the end of the month, Clockwork automatically generates a monthly log report of all visits to the building.

QR codes mounted on building

We work with you to decide what will work best for the aesthetic of your building. We print and mount these QR codes as a part of our service.

No app installations needed

You or your admin staff can quickly add/remove contractors, buildings or admin users at any time. From the control panel you can generate reports and see the entire history of a building or a contractor.
