Train your contractors to use it in just one sentence: When you get to the building, scan the QR and follow the prompts.

It could not be simpler for contractors. Everyone has scanned a QR code before. Everyone is carrying a phone.

Here is the full process:

1. Contractor receives work order from you, like usual

   The work order clearly asks them to scan the building's QR code when they arrive.

2. Contractor arrives at building and scans QR code

   The contractor finds the QR code mounted to the building. They scan it with their phone.

   It works with any phone by default. No app needs to be installed.

3. Contractor's phone tells them what to do next

   Clockwork automatically knows what building they are trying to sign into based on the data in the QR code, but scanning the QR does not guarantee they are physically at the building.

   To confirm they are at the building, the contractor must click a button to verify their GPS location:

After this, the check-in is complete and notifications are sent.

When they leave the building, they scan the "check-out" QR code and a visit report is generated for you.
