Location verification

Clockwork verifies the visitor's GPS location when they check in and check out.

Calculates distance

When the contractor or employee clicks "Verify location", Clockwork calculates the distance between their device's coordinates and the building's coordinates.

Stores coordinates

Clockwork permanently stores the visitor's GPS location coordinates. You may want this information in case there is a dispute.

The system does not continually track the visitor's device. It just records the device's coordinates at the moment of check in or check out.

Sends a notification if something isn't right

If the contractor's or employee's device is not at the building when they check in or out, it probably means that someone took a picture of the QR code to try clocking out later, or not show up at all.

If this happens, you will be automatically notified in real-time.
