Clockwork automatically generates various reports and keeps logs for you.

Visit summaries emailed to you

Whenever someone checks out of a building, you will be emailed a report summarizing the visit. The email will also include a PDF attachment which you can save for your records.

Visit reports contain the following:

• Time of visit
• Total time
• Name of tech
• Contractor company
• Work order
• Notes from tech upon arrival and upon completion
• The distance the tech was from the building when they checked in and checked out.

Monthly log report automatically generated

Clockwork automatically generates a monthly log report of all visits to your building. This is made to be presented to the building owners or condo board.

The report prints beautifully and can be viewed digitally as a PDF.

Visit logs stored permanently

Visit logs and reports are always available from the Clockwork control panel. No need to keep track of emails or PDFs if you don't want to.
